SmartPLS (free, fully-featured version): SmartPLS is a popular and powerful PLS path modeling tool that has tens of thousands of users worldwide. There is a more complete description of SmartPLS here.
WarpPLS (free, fully-featured, 90-day trial version): WarpPLS is a new (January 2010) PLS path modeling tool that can estimate nonlinear inner path coefficients. There is a more complete description of WarpPLS here.
